Our system looks at the room as a living space. We know that the front tables have a different vibe than the ones at the back. That is why we recently improved our table deletion logic in the Venue Setup. If you decide you need fewer tables, the app now automatically removes them from the back of the room first. This preserves your main layout and keeps your most important tables right where they belong.

The software does the heavy lifting by running through thousands of possible combinations in seconds. It looks at who should sit together and who should be kept apart. It handles all the tedious sorting so you do not have to.

But we never take you, the human, out of the loop. The system gives you a great starting point, a draft you can trust. From there, you can make those nuanced adjustments that only a person can make, like seating a VIP at just the right spot.
